Flood Hazard Mitigation Project

The scope of the project was to construct a reinforced concrete floodwall and reroute underground utilities around the existing water treatment plant to protect the plant from flood conditions.

Mouse River PH MI-2 & MI-3

The scope of this project included construction of floodwalls and pump stations, installation of raw water intake and utility systems, erosion control measures, and full golf course restoration to enhance flood protection along the Mouse River.

MREFPP PH MI-5A 4th Avenue NE Levee Extension

The scope of the project included extending the 4th Avenue NE levee to improve flood protection in the City of Minot. Work consisted of large-scale excavation, levee backfill, structural fill placement, utility installation, riprap, and stormwater improvements while maintaining public access and protecting nearby waterways.

Highland Pellets Capacity Upgrades

The project involved plant demolition and large-scale process improvements, including four new dryer lines, two environmental islands, and new hammer mill systems to support increased production and consistent material flow.
