Summary

The scope of the project was to construct a reinforced concrete floodwall and reroute underground utilities around the existing water treatment plant to protect the plant from flood conditions. The project posed the unique challenge of working next to the Mouse River. A high water table required expert dewatering and excavations 30’ deep. Maintaining water supply to the plant while installing new intake and treated water lines was critical.
