Summary
This mission-critical project involved our pre-construction team producing cost-budget analyses for a variety of construction processes while producing schedule impacts for each considered option. Wagner also participated in constructability reviews including BIM modeling. Operations worked closely with project management on site coordination of other trades along with quality control and survey.
