Summary
When complete, The Brickyard will be a dynamic, multifaceted community featuring luxury apartments and townhomes, as well as a vibrant mix of shopping, dining, entertainment, and a state-of-the-art sports center. Wagner’s scope of work includes the demolition of existing utilities and the installation of new sanitary, water, and storm systems. The project also encompasses construction of a detention pond system with forebays, a pond outlet structure, maintenance paths, a trickle channel, and a concrete apron overflow, along with a box culvert complete with headwalls, wing walls, reinforced concrete pipe (RCP), and railings.
